Parent-Child Program

Our Early Childhood program offers families a gentle entry into the world of school. This experience often begins in our Parent-Child program, which gives parents and caregivers a close-up view of life at Sacramento Waldorf School. Coming to campus once a week with their child, adults have an opportunity to learn about and experience many aspects of Waldorf education. Each class offers participants a place to connect with others and create a community of like-minded individuals. Adults have time to talk, create, and enjoy a friendly and nurturing environment that supports them and their child. Classes are designed for children from one to three years old.

New: Parent-Child Summer Sessions

Summer session: a three-week session starting June 8–week ending June 26, 9-11 am
Classes are held in our beautiful outdoor Parent-Child classroom,
and includes visiting the farm.

Weekly Schedule & Pricing

One-Day Program $135
Classes are held once a week.
You will have the option to choose from
Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Fridays. 

Two-Day Program $270
Classes are held twice a week.
You will have the option to select either
Monday and Tuesday or Wednesday and Friday.

Parent-Child Admission Process

If you have not previously submitted an inquiry form and are interested in our Parent-Child program, please submit an inquiry form through our Admissions Portal. For questions, please email admissions@sacwaldorf.org.

We offer three sessions each year. Participants in the Fall session have priority to continue into the Winter session, and Winter session participants have priority to continue into the Spring session.
